Consultation

Because every quest is original and designed around your home, Clue Quest experiences are closer to a custom event activity than a pre-packaged party product.

We begin with a consultation via text, phone, or email to understand your space and vision. During that conversation, we’ll talk through the layout of your home, any rooms that should be off-limits, the age and personality of your players, the overall vibe you’re hoping for, and how long you’d like the quest to last. We’ll also confirm preferred dates and timing to ensure everything runs smoothly.

After that, you’ll receive a clear, no-obligation quote tailored to your event.


Price Range

Because each quest is original, pricing varies based on the scope and style of the experience, but generally fall within a $300-$600 range.

Factors that influence pricing include desired length of quest, number of participants, complexity of puzzles and interactive elements, and material and setup requirements.

On a budget? No problem, we can work within a price range that feels comfortable for you.


Setup Options

For locations within our 45 minute travel radius (see map below), Clue Quest can either set up the experience in person or drop off all materials with clear, step-by-step instructions for you to prepare the space yourself. For locations farther away, curated materials are shipped directly to you with setup guidance included.

We highly recommend in-person setup when possible — especially if everyone wants to fully participate in the mystery without handling preparation.

Most clues and materials are handmade and customized specifically for your quest, and those items are yours to keep. Larger inventory pieces, such as book safes or specialty puzzle boxes, can be picked up, shipped back, or kept for a small replacement fee. Many smaller items, including mini UV flashlights, pens, and binders, may be kept at no additional cost.
